Adv. Mr. P S Khadse is present for the appellants. Adv. Mr W D Mahore is present for the respondent.  Mr Pramod Ramteke, Accounts Officer, who is the representative of the appellants, is also present.

Both advocates jointly filed Compromise Pursis stating that the dispute has been already settled as per payment made by the respondent herein.  The, therefore, submit that the appeal may be disposed of as per terms of the Compromise.

Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of said Compromise Pursis.

No order as cost.
