      who was a consumer of H.P.Gas. As there was leakage of gas from the gas cylinder supplied by the 1st opp.party, at the time repairs by one Gopinath fire accident occurred in which the consumer Gopal                                                    stst            mechanic who repaired the gas cylinder was not their employee.
