An application has been moved on behalf of the appellant to withdraw this appeal, on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the court.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the appellant has paid the decretal amount to respondent No. 1 – complainant, hence the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in his favour.
