Heard the complainant min person. 
We have gone through the entire materials on record and we find that oposit parties belongs to Port Filio Holders of Gole Co-operative Siciety Ltd. and the materials on record suggest that the complainant cannot be constructed as a consumer within the scope and ambit of Consumer Protection Act 1986.
The instant complaint is not entertainable by this Forum since complainant is not a consumer and as such complaint stands rejected.
Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the Appropriate Forum on the self-same cause of action.
Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
