In filing the petition, complainant prays for newspaper publication as the summons returned to the Office of this Commission with postal remarks “insufficient address”, “Addressee not found” etc. though the OPs are residing at their respective addresses as per the petition of complaint, as stated.
We think that newspaper publication is necessary.
In view of all such consideration IA/33/2022 is allowed.
Complainant also files a draft copy of the proposed publication.
Office to scrutinise the same and take necessary step accordingly.
Complainant is to bring the newspaper publication in three newspapers viz. “The Statesman”, Oriya News Paper” and in “Bartamaan” or “Ei Samay” as proposed.
The instant IA/33/2022 is thus disposed off accordingly.
