Today learned counsel Sh. V.P. Tiwari for the appellant has appeared.
A compromise (paper No. 64) has been filed on earlier date, i.e. 03.02.2023, which was accepted.
On the earlier date, the amonout settled between the parties as per the compromise was not paid, hence today is fixed for payment of Rs. 1,25,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only).
Today Smt. Sonia Banga – respondent has appeared in person alongwith copy of her Adhar Card and received a bankers cheque of Bank of Baroda No. 342310 dated 06.02.2023 of Rs. 1,25,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only).
As the terms and conditions of the compromise has been fully complied with, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly
The compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.
Statutory amount, (if any) deposited by the appellant in this Commission or in the District Commission concerned be refunded to the appellant as per rules and law.
File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.
A copy of this order alongwith compromise and original record be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
