Neither the Decree holder nor his Ld. Advocate is found present on repeated calls.

Ld. Advocate for the Judgement debtor is also absent.

It appears from the record that Ld. Advocate for the Judgement debtor by filing a petition supported by affidavit disclosed that as per terms of joint compromise petition the Judgement debtor has paid entire amount to the Decree holder.

It seems that the Decree holder is not interested to proceed with the execution case anymore.

Hence, it is

that the Execution Case be and the same is dismissed without cost.
