                Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. Case which has been initiated in view of the application filed by the O.P.  for amendment of written version filed on behalf of O.P. No. 1 to 3.

The O.P. has contested  this matter  but no written objection has been filed.

Ld. Advocates  of both sides are present.  Heard argument of both sides.  Considered submission.

Perused  the amendment petition  which has been filed  on 18^th July, 2023.

On close examination  of the said amendment petition it is revealed  that the amendment  sought for  is formal in nature  and it would not change the nature and character of the C.C. Case No. 168/2022.

In the light of the observation  made above the prayer for amendment of written version as per schedule  of the amendment petition which is filed by the O.P. is allowed on contest.  Let the W/V filed by the O.P. be amended  as per schedule of the amendment petition.

In the light of the observation made above  this M.A. Case No. 93/2023 is disposed of on contest.

Let the W/V filed by O.P.be amended  and / or modified.  The O.P.  is directed  to file amended copy of W/V.  Let the case record  of M.A. Case No. 93/2023 be tagged with the C.C. Case No. 168/2022.
