                Complainant is present on call. O.P.-1 is also present on call and file hazira. O.P.-1 also files a cheque (A/c Payee) showing compliance.

Heard both sides. It is submitted that in pursuance of the order the complainant has received the A/c Payee cheque for Rs. 20,000/- from O.P.-1 with full and final settlement. It is also submitted that the complainant will not claim any amount further in this case and prays for drop the proceeding.
