      Learned counsel for the appellants files a memo stating therein that since the respondent has already paid the disputed amount the appeal has become infructuous and the appellants may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. A copy of the letter of the complainant/respondent dated 11/09/2017 is annexed to the memo.
