ORDER NO. 3

Ld. Advocate for the Appellant is present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/963/2016 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Appellant has prayed for stay of further proceedings of the Execution Case No. 127/2016 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, North 24 Parganas.  It is submitted that the copies of the application has been served upon the Respondents.  But none appears on behalf of the Respondents.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we direct that all further proceedings of the aforesaid Execution Case will remain stayed till the next, i.e. 22.3.2017, which has already been fixed for hearing of the Appeal.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
