Appellant through Mr. Sujit M. Maitra, the Ld. Advocate, Respondent No. 1 through Mr. Arup Kr. Das, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent No. 2 through Mr. Abhik K. Dutt, the Ld. Advocate are present.  The Appellant - Insurance Company and the Respondents have entered into a settlement in this appeal.  It has been settled that the Appellant - Insurance Company will pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Respondent No. 1 as full and final settlement of the claim case on compromise.  The Respondent No. 1 is personally present in this Commission today.  She confirms such settlement between the parties.  Furthermore, a petition has been filed by the Respondent No. 2 stating such settlement between the Insurer - Appellant and the Respondent No. 1 along with a cheque for the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in favour of the Respondent No. 1 drawn on Bank of India, Kolkata Corporate Banking Branch bearing No. 040730 dated 23.02.2011.  Since the Respondent No. 1 is personally present in this Commission and is identified by her Ld. Advocate Mr. R. N. Kanji, the same be handed over to the Respondent No. 1.  This appeal shall accordingly stands disposed of in presence of the parties.  The execution proceeding, if there be any shall also stand disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.  The arrest warrant, if any, issued in the meantime shall stand recalled.

In view of the disposal of the appeal in the manner as aforesaid, the Appellant is permitted to withdraw the deposit that was made at the time of filing of this appeal.
