No. 1/22.10.2009.

HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

Revision Petitioner is present through Mr. Shyamal Chakraborty, the Ld. Advocate along with Mr. H. Bramhachari, the Ld. Advocate.  Heard Mr. Bramhachari, the Ld. Advocate in support of the revision petition.  The argument of Mr. Bramhachari is against the order dated 17.09.2009.  The said order is quoted hereinbelow.

D/hr. is absent.  NO E.R. of W.A is received.  It appears on perusal of record that W.A was sent on 21.8.09.  Office is directed to issue fresh reminder fixing for E.R. of W.A. on 11.11.09”.

We find it is an usual order with a direction for issuance of reminder in view of no execution report of warrant of arrest and, therefore, there is no question of irregularity.  Mr. Bramhachari has also not shown any irregularity in respect of order under challenge.  In the circumstances the revision petition is dismissed.
