Fixed for E.R. of W.A. upon Jdr. no.3.

 Complainant / Dhr. himself files a petition stating that Jdr. / O.P. No. 1 and 2 have already paid the awarded amount to the Dhr. / Complainant and Jdr. / O.P. no.3 also paid the awarded amount to him.

The Complainant prays to drop the instant case with full satisfaction against Jdr. / O.P. no.3.

The prayer of the Dhr. is considered and allowed.

Hence, it is

That the instant Execution Application be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction of the Complainant / Dhr. against Jdr. / O.P. no.3.
