          First Appeal No.554 of 2015 titled ‘Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited Versus Smt. Ram Piyari’ was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated February 29th, 2016. It was ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.2500/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited- appellant.

2.      Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (for short ‘Insurance Company’) has filed the present Miscellaneous Application, stating that due to typographical mistake the amount of Rs.2500/- was mentioned whereas it was Rs.25,000/-. The Registry has also verified that the amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited by the Insurance Company.

3.      In view of above, it is ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the Insurance Company-applicant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
