          First Appeal No.554 of 2015 titled ‘Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited Versus Smt. Ram Piyari’ was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated February 29^th, 2016. It was ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.2500/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited- appellant.

2.      Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (for short ‘Insurance Company’) has filed the present Miscellaneous Application, stating that due to typographical mistake the amount of Rs.2500/- was mentioned whereas it was Rs.25,000/-. The Registry has also verified that the amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited by the Insurance Company.

3.      In view of above, it is ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the Insurance Company-applicant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
