Both the side filed hazira. Perused the record. In a review case power of the Commission is limited. Only mistakes apparent on record and clerical error can be rectified for any prayer the petitioner has the right to appeal under the Act. The prayer made by the petitioner can not be reviewed. Accordingly, the review petition stands dismissed.
