  1. In this revision petition prayed is made for setting aside order dated 05.01.2016 by which the petitioner/OP No.1 has been proceeded ex-parte.
  2. Respondent is present in person. It is stated that to cut short the further delay in the matter she has no objection if the order is set aside subject to costs.
  3. We have gone through the reasoning given in the petition for non-appearance, which is supported with an affidavit of the officer of the appellant.
  4. In view of the reasons given as well as for effective disposal of the case on merit, we accept this petition and set aside the impugned order The petitioner/OP No.1 is allowed to participate in the proceedings subject to costs of Rs.2,500/-.
  5. It is stated that the matter is now listed before the District Forum on 13.07.2016. Let the parties appear before the District Forum on 13.07.2016. On the said the petitioner/OP No.1 shall pay the costs imposed by this Commission as well as the previous costs imposed by the District Forum. Thereafter the District Forum shall proceed further in accordance with law.
  6. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
  7. Copy of this order be given to the parties and be also sent to the Ld. District Forum-III, for information and keeping it on record for compliance

           File be consigned to Record Room.
