This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.
Complainant and O.p. are personally present. Ld. Advocate for the complainant side is also found ready.
Heard both sides. Considered submission.
In course of hearing the parties of this case pointed out that the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled and the O.p. (Promoter/Developer) has already been handed over the flat alongwith possession letter and also have paid compensation of Rs.1,50,000/-. It is further submitted that as the dispute of this case have been amicably settled the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.
As the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled in between the complainant and Promoter/Developer, the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so by filing a verified petition, the complainant intends to withdraw this case.
It appears that the parties of this case have entered into settlement voluntarily and nobody has caused any undue influence or practices any fraud.
In view of such position, Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat are of the view that there is no reason to stand on the way in the matter of amicable settlement of dispute involved in this case.
In the result, it is accordingly, ordered that this complaint case be and the same is disposed of as it is amicably settled in between the parties of complainant and Promoter/Developer and this case is withdrawn.
Let the withdraw petition be made a part of this order.
Parties are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order as early as possible.
The parties of this case are entitled to get a free copy of this judgment.
