No steps from the side of complainant But Ld advocate for Op is present by filing hazira and submits for dismissal of the Instant case.

 Today is fixed for hearing of Op’s petition dated 24.11.17 which speaks for rejection as filed under order no.7 rule 11 of the civil procedure code alleging that this case is not maintainable as per provisionary of consumer protection act rather which is completely a case alike  suit of civil nature. It appears that including this date on previous four(4) days complainant remain absent without taking any steps. Neither the complainant nor their Ld advocate on record remained present even no steps were taken from the part of complaint.

On this date also none is present from complainant’s side on repeated calls.. No steps is taken so for , It is now 12.50 p.m. Proper fees paid to this case. It is evidence that complainants are not interested in this case, moreover they are not at an willing to proceed with this case. It is hereby,
