Final Order / Judgement

This execution case was initiated by the Dhr namely Piyali Banerjee in respect of the judgement passed by this Ld. Commission on 10.09.2020 in the Consumer Complaint Case being no. 121/2019.

Accordingly today the OPs have filed one MA being no. 08/2022 praying for submitting the decreetal amount as ordered by this Ld. Commission in the final order under execution.

The OPs have submitted one demand draft in favour of the Dhr amounting to Rs. 1,98,332/- bearing no. 008215 drawn on SBI Salt Lake Electronic Complex Branch dated 20.01.2022.

The Dhr. is not present today, so the demand draft be kept in the safe custody of the Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission. The Dhr is at liberty to collect the said demand draft from the concerned person after producing original photo identity along with its self attested photocopy. At the time of handing over of the demand draft to the Dhr, the Dhr shall put her endorsement on the margin of this order along with date.

In view of such payment hence, the execution case being no. 09/2020 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction and accordingly the MA is also disposed of. No cost.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
