The complainant is present in person, and submits by petition to the effect that the dispute has been settled out of court and he has obtained the appropriate relief from the Ops, and on such grounds he prays that the case be closed. Heard. considered. It is apparent that the complainant has obtained the relief, which he had prayed for at this forum. Hence the case is disposed of on full satisfaction. A copy of the order be given to the parties free of cost.
