Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. Case.

OP Nos. 3, 4 & 6 already have filed death intimation in respect of OP Nos. 1, 5 & 7

According to M. A. Case No. 69/2022 the OP Nos. 3, 4 & 6 have been directed to iniform the date of death of OP Nos. 1, 2 & 5.

This order has been complied by OP Nos. 3, 4 & 6 in this M.A. Case.

As the information sought for in M.A. Case No. 69/2022 mhas been incorporated in M.A. Case No. 59/2023.

The complainant of original complaint case is now at liberty to file substitution petitioin in respect of death of OP Nos. 1, 5 & 7.

In the light of observation made above the M. A. Case being No. 59/2023 is already disposed of.
