It is stated at the bar that the matter has amicably been settled for an amount of Rs.1,55,000/- payable by the appellants/Opposite Parties to the respondent/complainant. It is further stated that an amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited by the appellants/Opposite Parties at the time of filing this appeal and in response to order dated 28.08.2017 passed by this Commission, an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- was further deposited by the appellants/Opposite Parties, which is lying deposited with this Commission. In a way, an amount of Rs.2,05,000/- is lying deposited with this Commission. It is further stated that out of the said amount, an amount of Rs.1,55,000/- be disbursed in favour of the respondent/complainant, namely, Smt. Parveena Jindal and the balance amount with interest, if any, accrued thereon, be released in favour of the appellants/Opposite Parties, namely, ‘M/s Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd.’.

                   In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of. The Office/Secretary of this Commission is directed to release a cheque for an amount of Rs.1,55,000/- in favour of the respondent/complainant, namely, ‘Smt. Parveena Jindal’ and the balance amount alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, be released in favour of the appellants/Opposite Parties, namely ‘M/s Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd.’

                   Needful shall be done within next seven working days.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
