Learned counsel Sh. Vijay Pal Tiwari for the appellants and learned counsel Sh. D.S. Gautam for respondent have appeared.
Today an application has been submitted on behalf of the appellants alleging that the appellants could not deposit the costs of Rs. 5,000/- as per the direction of the appellate court; today they are depositing the same, hence, the Commission be pleased to condone the delay occurred in depositing the costs and allow the appellants to deposit it to the concerened Commission.
The above application is hereby allowed. As per the order dated 17.02.2022 a draft No. 000693 of Axis Bank Ltd. for a sum of Rs. 5,000/- be deposited within 15 days from today to the Consumer Legal Aid Account of the District Commission concerned. Heard on admission.

Both the counsel have filed a compromise paper Nos. 76 & 77 alongwith original draft No. 001110 dated 30.03.2022 of the Axis Bank Ltd. for a sum of Rs. 11,45,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs Forty Five Thousand only) in favour of the respondent – Smt. Parvati Chubdal; and have contended that a compromise has arrived at between the parties; and the respondent undertakes that she will neither claim any amount in future from the appellant nor shall file any complaint or suit in any court in regard to the above matter against the appellants – insurance company.
The compromise is filed on behalf of the learned counsel, who identified the signatures of their parties concerned.
Thus, both the counsel have identified the signatures of their parties and verified the terms and conditions written down in compromise as well.
As the compromise has been accepted by both the learned counsel, hence the compromise is hereby accepted and kept on record.
The appeal is hereby summarily decided accordingly as per the terms & conditions of the compromise (paper Nos. 76 & 77) which shall form part of the order. No order as to costs.
The record, if any, be sent back to the Commission concerned alongwith the copy of the order with a copy of the compromise.
Statutory amount, if any, be returned to the appellants as per law.
File be consigned to the record room.
