While setting aside the order of the State Commission, in the last line of the order dated 13.9.2011, instead of allowing the revision petition, due to typographical error, it has been mentioned that “revision petition is dismissed”.  Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present application to carry out the necessary correction.

        While allowing the application, it is directed that the last line of the order be now read as “The revision petition is allowed accordingly with no order as to costs”.

         Misc.Application stand disposed of accordingly.

        Since the revision petition has been allowed, District Forum, Mysore is directed to release the sum of Rs.8 lakh deposited by the petitioner along with accrued interest thereon in favour of the petitioner.
