Complainant himself is present. Admission matter is taken up for hearing. Hd. the complainant a practising advocate and his grievance is that O.P. his client has not paid his due fees for drafting O.P.'s one Deed of Conveyance.

Considering the friction of the complainant it is found that it is a fiction of client and lawyer dispute and in view of the defination of consumer practically client is consumer and advocate is service provider and for which present complainant is not consumer of the O.P. but no no dopubt complainant may get relief from Civil Court only.

In the above premises, the present complaint is not admitted and so rejected in limini.
