It appears that for interest of proper and complete adjudication of this case there is urgent necessity of conducting local inspection commission over the schedule mentioned property as per schedule of the local inspection commission  petition.

Thus, the prayer of the applicant for holding local inspection commission petition over the schedule mentioned property as per schedule of the local inspection commission is allowed on contest.

Let Shankha Subhra Chatterjee be appointed as ld. Local Inspection Commissioner.

The applicant is directed to pay Rs. 4000/- to the ld. Commissioner on proper receipt.

Ld. Commissioner is directed to conduct the local inspection commission as per schedule of the local inspection commission petition.

Issue writ after payment of the commission cost.
