Transfer Applicants are present through their Ld. Advocate.  Complainants filed this transfer application praying for transfer of Case No. CC/444/2015 pending before the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow this application.  Let this case being No. CC/444/2015 pending before the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur be withdrawn and transferred to the Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III for disposal.  Inform both the Fora accordingly.  Parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III on 14.01.2016.  Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
