                    None for the respondent.

                    Learned counsel for the appellant has filed copy of order sheet dated 28.01.2021 passed by the District Commission, Gwalior in Execution Case No.111/2016 filed by the respondent to demonstrate that the appellant has complied with the impugned order dated 22.03.2016, in this appeal.

                    In view of the aforesaid, in our considered view nothing survives in this appeal. The appeal is disposed of. Pre-deposit amount deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant.
