Neither the appellants, nor their counsel is present, although Sh. Munish Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants was present through video conferencing on 06.04.2022.

No adjournment application has been moved on behalf of the appellants.

According to office report dated 14.09.2022, steps for service of notice upon respondents have not been taken by the appellants.

In the interest of justice, one opportunity is provided to the appellants.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants even today.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellants.
