ORDER | ORDER NO. 8 DT. 1.11.13 HON’BLE JUSTICE MR. KALIDAS MUKHERJEE, PRESIDENT From the system-generated computerized cause title of the order sheet which automatically appears on each date, it appears that Mr. Sudipta Bose is the learned Advocate on record on behalf of the Appellants and subsequently Mr. Debnath Saha, Ld. Advocate, appeared on behalf of the Respondent. The Appeal was pending at the stage of hearing. Vide Order No. 6 dt. 5.6.2013, none appeared on behalf of the Appellants and the Appellants were directed to show cause as to why the Appeal would not be dismissed for default fixing 25.7.13 for showing cause/hearing. Thereafter, on 25.7.13, another chance was given to the Appellants for showing cause and hearing of the Appeal, although the Ld. Advocates for both sides were present on that date, but no reply to the show-cause was filed. Today the Ld. Advocate for the Respondent is present, but none appears on behalf of the Appellants. No step has been taken on behalf of the Appellants. The Appellants are absent on repeated calls. Under such circumstances, the Appeal stands dismissed for default. | |
