 Counsel for the OP has filed his memo of appearance. He has also handed over two cheques in the sum of Rs.47,766/-  dated 2.6.2017. and Rs.38,007/- dated 6.6.2017 to the complainant towards full and final settlement. The complainant has duly received the same. Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques has been placed on record.  The complainant states that he wants to withdraw this execution application under Section 27 being fully satisfied subject to clearance of the cheques handed over today. In this regard he has appended a note on the execution application itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, the complainant shall have liberty to file the execution application if the cheques are not cleared.  

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
