Today is fixed for showing cause by the Complainant and production of stay order by the O.P.

The O.P files hazirah.

No stay order is produced.

The Complainant neither files show cause nor turn up on repeated calls.

It is 1.00 p.m. now.

However, the case will be called at 1.20 p.m. if the Forum is not other busy. Inform in open Forum.

Later –

It is 1.30 p.m. now.

On repeated calls none appears for the Complainant and no show cause is filed. As such, we hold that the Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case and the case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        That the case is dismissed for default without any cost.

Let a copy of the order be send to the Parties free of cost.
