Heard Smt. Anjali Gusain, learned counsel for the appellant through video conferencing.  None is present on behalf of respondents.

According to office report dated 01.10.2021, the appellant has not complied the order dated 30.07.2021 passed by this Commission and the appellant has not taken steps for service of notice upon respondents.

Withdrawal application has already been filed on behalf of the appellant, to withdraw this appeal.  Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant – insurance company does not want to pursue the present appeal, hence the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  Record be consigned.
