   This Revision Petition was allowed vide order dated 12.3.2010.  The order under revision was set aside and the complaint was ordered to be dismissed.  Review application filed by the respondent was dismissed on 28.4.2010.  As the order under the Revision Petition had already been set aside, the petitioner moved an

application for release of amount of Rs.1,80,000/- deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by us, before the District Forum, Tis Hazari in which notice was issued to the respondent and Sh.Shyam Moorjani, Advocate accepted the same on behalf of the respondent.  However, counsel for the respondent is not present today. 

The amount deposited by the petitioner in this case be released in favour of the petitioner along with accrued interest, if any.

            Misc. application stands disposed of.
