| ORDER | 03.02.2016 The Applicant is present in person. Complainant has filed this transfer application praying for transfer of Case No. CC/82/2015 pending before the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III. Having heard the Appellant and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow this transfer application. Let this case being No. CC/82/2015 pending before Ld.
