None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite o several calls whereas learned counsel Sh. Sandeep Talwar for respondent No. 2 has appeared. None has also appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1.

A perusal of the order sheet has revealed that since a long time, appellant is not appearing before the Commission.

Hence, it is proper to dismiss the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs.

Original record be remitted back to the concerned District Commission alongwith copy of this order for perusal and necessary information.
