                Ms. P.R. Baruah, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent is present.

                 In this case, notice was issued on 20-12-2016 after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Thereafter on several occasions i.e. on 9-2-2017, 15-5-2017 and 20-6-2017 none appeared on behalf of the applicant. Today also, when the matter was called on twice, there was no representation on behalf of the applicant.

                 In view of the above, this Misc Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
