Final Order / Judgement

Sh. M.K. Kohli, learned counsel for the applicants has moved an application dated 04.01.2018 for the release of Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited by the applicants at the time of filing the appeal as well as further amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-, which was deposited by the applicants in compliance of the stay order dated 30.09.2014.

The appeal was partly allowed and the applicants have deposited the amount before the District Forum in full and final satisfaction of the order passed by this Commission. 

Therefore, the amount deposited by the applicants be released in favour of the applicants.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
