2. `15,000/- being the cost of the plot bearing number 19, Sector IV, Block-P admeasuring 250 sq.yards. The respondent further paid`50,000/- towards developmental charges on 6.10.2006 and also registration charges of`8,000/- to the appellant as demanded by them.

5. `20,000/- as compensation and costs of`2,000/-

8. EastCity `15,000/- towards cost of the plot,`50,000/- towards developmental charges,`8000/- towards registration charges and interest an amount of`3,500/- and thus a total amount of`76,500/-.
9. `8,000/- towards registration charges and it has not executed the sale deed nor registered it contending that on account of due from the complainant under the head of developmental charges, the sale deed could not be registered.

11. `8000/- towards registration charges on 3.10.2006 from the complainant which by itself is sufficient to infer that the registration charges as on 3.10.2006 was`8000/- only. `8000/- as registration charges from the complainant if the amount collected is not commensurate with registration charges applicable as on that date or it must not have received the amount.
12. `20,000/- under the head of compensation as granted by the District Forum is liable to be set aside.
`20,000/- awarded in each of the complaint towards compensation are set aside
