As the Misc. Application Case being No. 39/2017 has been allowed without imposing any cost hence, the petition of complaint has lost its force and accordingly the complaint is dismissed being barred by pecuniary jurisdiction of this ld. Forum without any cost. However, the complainants are at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Commission/Court, if not barred otherwise, in view of the Landmark Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Laxmi Engineering.
