Learned counsel for the appellants submits that time may be allowed for removal of defects.

It appears that this appeal was filed on 24/12/2016 and the matter was listed on 05/01/2017 , 20/01/2017, 09/02/2017, 02/03/2017, 06/04/2017, 20/04/2017 and 20/06/2017 for removal of defects, but defects are not removed.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to allow further time for removal of defects. the appeal is dismissed for default in removing the defects.
