Complainant did not file show cause.

On repeated calls up to 12.30 pm none appears for the Complainant and Complainant himself is found absent.

It clearly transpires that the Complainant has totally flouted the direction of this Commission dated 08.05.2023.

It appears that this case has been filed sometimes in the year 2020 and the absence of the Complainant clearly shows that such absence is totally violating the objects of the C.P. Act.

Thus, there is no need to proceed with this case further.         

Hence, the instant case being no. RBT/CC/92/2020 be and the same is dismissed for default.
