By this miscellaneous application no. 771 / 2010, the respondent / original complainant has brought to notice that the special leave petition filed by the petitioner before the Supreme Court was dismissed by the court’s order dated 03.05.2010. In view of this, learned counsel for the applicant / respondent / complainant seeks to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,58,950/- which was deposited by the petitioner in accordance with this Commission’s order dated 25.02.2008. In view of the order of the Supreme Court, the order dated 12.02.2009 of this Commission has become final. Hence, the Registry is directed to disburse the sum of Rs.6,58,950/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, thereon to the respondent / complainant. The miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
