Present application has been moved by applicant/respondent in Appeal No. 1470 of 2009 Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Limited V/s Smt. Basso and another for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 20-02-2019 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been partly allowed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been set aside and complaint has been partly allowed.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
