Today, none has appeared on behalf of either of the parties inspite of several calls.

A perusal of the order-sheet has shown that from 21.11.2022, none has been appearing before the Commission on behalf of either of the parties.

It appears that the appellants are not interested to pursue the appeal.

Hence, in the above circumstances, the appeal is hereby dismissed on account of absence of the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.
