None is present on behalf of the appellants.

According to office report dated 21.02.2022, registered notice to appellant No. 1 was sent on 22.01.2022, which has been received back in the office with postal endorsement that the address of the recipient is incomplete.

Issue court notice to appellant No. 2 on the address given in the memo of appeal.

Put up on 12.04.2022 for hearing on admission”.

According to office report dated 12.04.2022, registered court notice was issued to appellant No. 2 on 25.02.2022, which has been received back with postal endorsement that the address is incomplete.

Perusal of record reveals that the registered court notice has been sent to the appellants on the same address, which has been mentioned by the appellants in the memo of appeal.

It appears that the appellants are not interested to pursue this appeal further.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellants.
