None has appeared on behalf of the parties.

A compromise (paper No. 63) has already been filed on record on dated 23.01.2024, which was accepted by both the parties to the appeal alongwith their counsel.

Appellants have deposited the amount as agreed in the compromise, which was taken by the respondent No. 1 through counsel.

As the compliance has been made by the appellants according to the terms and conditions of the above compromise, accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise.

A compromise (paper No. 63) shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs of the appeal.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellants be returned to the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

                    A copy of this order alongwith compromise be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
