Point for Decision:-
Whether the complainant is entitled to get any relief as prayed for?
Decision
Admittedly complainants entered into an agreement with the OP No-1 on 3rd day of July, 2001 and paid Rs 5, 73, 000/- as consideration money for the disputed flat. Admittedly complainants got delivery possession of the flat and also OP No-1 handed over the completion certificate to the complainants in respect of the flat. Admittedly the said flat was not registered in favour of the complainants till today. At the time of argument Ld. Lawyer for the OPs submitted that they have no objection to execute and register the deed of conveyance in favour of the complainants. Accordingly we are of the view that complainants are entitled to get relief as prayed for.
Hence
It is ordered,
that the complaint and same be allowed on contest against the OPs.
