The learned counsel for the appellants has not pressed the appeal on the ground that the matter was settled outside the court.  To that effect a joint compromise memo signed by both parties and their counsel was also appended. 

 

 

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of court.  The appellants are permitted to withdraw the statutory amount made under Sec.15 of the C.P.Act by filing a cheque petition.
